I had quite an adventure on the trip yesterday. I stopped in Tennessee to get some aerial pictures and the drone disconnected and didn’t come back. I had to do the walk of shame and drive away. I was almost to Illinois and I got a flat tire. This morning I’m getting it replaced and then loading up and heading back.
I got a little more info from my controller last night and I can see exactly where the drone is. It’s about a hundred feet from an access road, which is behind a state no trespassing sign. I’m going to see if I can hop the gate and find it. It could just be sitting on the ground, or it could be up in the trees. It’s a thousand dollar unit, so I figured it’s worth taking a look when I pass back by.
