Hey everyone! As many of you know, I’m not just a comic book artist – I’m also a passionate bass player. I’m currently putting out the call to find a new musical opportunity here in the Central Florida area. I’m looking for a working band that needs a dedicated and experienced bassist for weekend gigs.

I’ve been playing bass for 40 years, and I’m comfortable in a variety of genres. I have a special love for classic rock and yacht rock, and I think my style would be a great fit for bands playing that kind of music. I’m also a quick learner and can adapt to different musical styles as needed. I’m all about creating a solid groove and contributing to a tight, professional sound. I’m currently in a band called The Last Electric Rodeo, but we haven’t been very active lately.

To take my playing to the next level, I’ve recently invested in some new pro gear. I just picked up a Fender Rumble Stage 800 amp, and I’m beyond excited. This thing is a beast, and it’s going to sound amazing live. And in just a few weeks, I’ll be taking delivery of a brand new Marleaux Diva 6-string bass! I’ve been dreaming about this bass for a long time, and I can’t wait to start playing it.

My New Year’s resolution is to play more live music in 2025, and I’m ready to commit to a band that’s serious about gigging regularly. While I’m still involved with The Last Electric Rodeo, my schedule is wide open for weekend shows. I’m looking for a band that’s professional, dedicated, and, most importantly, passionate about creating great music. I need a steady commitment, and I would love for it to be an opportunity to make some money doing what I love.

If you’re in a band in the Central Florida area (Daytona Beach, Orlando, or nearby) that’s seeking a reliable and experienced bassist, I’d love to hear from you. I’m ready to jump in, learn your material quickly, and contribute to your sound.
