Brewfest has begun, and it’s a slight distraction while waiting for Cataclysm.
Killing Coren Direbrew is about as easy as it gets. Waiting up to 4 minutes in the queue and he dies in 18 seconds. Get your loot bag and go home. Two days in a row, I’ve done it on all sevel of my level 80 toons before breakfast. The rest of the stuff is all for achievements. You get 2 frost badges, but those are kinf of pointless at this time, as there’s no need to gear anyone else up at level 80 with Cataclysm coming so soon.
My human warlock, Fairchild, got the Swift Brewfest Ram in her loot bag, so the others will keep trying.
I also did the Harvest Festival quest, and got the Pirate Day achievements, but the new patch is what I’m really waiting for. I’ve dabbled on the publix test realm, and for warlocks, there are a ton of changes. I’ll have to re-learn how to play my primary class, and then go about figuring out how to re-do all the dual-specced alts I have.
So, not a great deal going on in the game, other than the holiday distractions.
